Paradise FPP Story
I'm not the type to complain to a poker site over trivial things. However, I did do it the past couple of months with Paradise.
In a nutshell they finally decided to open an online store to use our FPP's in ( I had about 11k). But in there wisdom they decided to start everyone at zero and held some FPP tournaments in April/May to use up our accumulated FPP's.
I complained to them in April as all weekday tournaments were held during the day when most of us (North America) are working. At that time they responded that they would be added some 9:30 ET tournaments. I checked regularly and couldn't see these added tournaments. So I fired off another e-mail with my disappointment. I did hear back from them and they said the tournaments were held (?), but as compensation they gave me 100 euro's. I'll take it!

Yeah they were held! I couldn't find them either at first because they weren't listed in the "Free" section, you had to go to all tournaments. Most of the night tournaments were like 30 players, top 3 win a prize, etc. I qualified for the grand final but didn't play it. I would have gladly traded in my points for €100 though!
